New Rules
To maintain the authentic atmosphere of our festival, vendors are now required:
Traditional Tents Only:
No modern pop-up tents are allowed unless they have canvas coverings and the modern metal poles are hidden. To maintain the festival’s authentic atmosphere, all vendors must
use traditional-style tents or decorate their pop-ups accordingly. See the pictures on this page for examples.
No Plastic or Printed Banners:
All signage must be handmade or painted. No plastic or printed banners will be permitted.
Rentals Available:
If you don’t have a traditional tent or setup, we have a limited number of rentals.
Primarialy we offer two models setups:
• Walk-in booth - this is also 10x10 covered space but affords to setup of up to 30 linear feet of sales tables and has no to limited storage.
Please contact us to inquire about rental availability and pricing. If you need more than 10x10 space we may be able to assist.
Build Your Own Shop:
Now is the perfect time to construct your own shop! Please consult with our vendor coordinator about specifications and needs.
