New Rules

To maintain the authentic atmosphere of our festival, vendors are now required:

Traditional Tents Only:
No modern pop-up tents are allowed unless they have canvas coverings and the modern metal poles are hidden. To maintain the festival’s authentic atmosphere, all vendors must use traditional-style tents or decorate their pop-ups accordingly. See the pictures on this page for examples.

No Plastic or Printed Banners:
All signage must be handmade or painted. No plastic or printed banners will be permitted.

Rentals Available:
If you don’t have a traditional tent or setup, we have a limited number of rentals. Primarialy we offer two models setups:

•Basic retail frontage - this is a 10x10 covered space with a table / counter between you and the patrons offering 10 linear feet of frontage.

• Walk-in booth - this is also 10x10 covered space but affords to setup of up to 30 linear feet of sales tables and has no to limited storage.
